Vaughan, Ontario, Canada: Canada's Wonderland - Skyhawk

Skyhawk was the seventh ride we rode at Canada's Wonderland.
This is a new ride for 2016 and is pretty neat. Each person sits in their own little plane with moveable wings. While flying in the air around the middle pole, you can maneuver the wings to flip yourself or make yourself tilt back and forth. Eric had a lot of fun with this and was able to flip 7 times - we knew because there is a scoreboard with each rider's photo and flip count displayed after the ride (awesome). He wanted to flip a lot more times, but in the opposite direction, and didn't have enough time to do it (it's a short ride). I didn't flip at all; in fact, I didn't move a muscle, I just sat and watched Eric go around and around, which was extremely entertaining for me. This ride wasn't going the first time we walked by (windy) but I am glad it opened up.
