Subscription Review: Nibblr

Another snack subscription box I signed up for is nibblr. Nibblr sends four snack packs as often as you want - weekly, every other week, or monthly. One great thing about nibblr is you can pay for 1, 4, or 12 boxes at a time, and the price goes down the more you pay for at once (so if you paid for 1 box at a time, it would be $5.99/box, but if you paid for 4 boxes at a time, the price drops down to $5.75/box, etc).

My third nibblr no longer came with artwork (unlike the first two), but that's okay with me. I got it for the snacks ;)

Turtle Twist: dark chocolate, caramels, and pecans snack mix

When eating all the pieces of this mix together, it really does taste like a turtle candy :) The chocolate is good and the pecans are a nice chopped-up size. The caramels were a little harder than I expected (they looked like they were going to be soft?) but they tasted good, and after a couple of bites I was totally used to them. I wound up eating this snack with a fork as it was easier than using my fingers, but that was mostly because I, uh, wanted to get it in my mouth faster.

A, B, C: apples, cranberries, and blueberries snack mix

Dried fruit :) I ate this as half my breakfast one morning.

Wasabelove: corn nuts and wasabi peas snack mix

Well, I liked the corn nuts (I'm from Indiana...we have corn and soybeans, and I am very partial to corn), but I ate one wasabi pea (since I try everything once) and passed the rest of them off to a friend. Wasabi is just not for me!

Oh My Thai: thai curry cashews, raisins, and toasted coconut snack mix

So, I have this fear of anything labeled "curry" (thinking about it more, I am not sure why, except that I associate it with Indian food and Indian food and I don't get along), so I fully expected to not like this snack. Totally wrong. It was awesome! The cashews were perfect, the raisins added just the right sweetness, and the coconut added a bit of a crunch. This is a perfect example of why I try anything once, even if I think I'm not going to like it!

Nibblr prints the nutrition facts right on the packaging, and you can also check them out on their website, where you can rate snacks you receive as "love it", "like it", "interested", or "no thanks". If you're interested in trying out nibblr, you can click here and use my referral code 1510 to get a box for free! (PS. Canceling or Pausing a subscription is also super easy with nibblr.)
