• Get Fit: The 5 Best After-Work Yoga Poses (I never watched any of her TV shows but I LOVE Lauren Conrad. Obviously she's DDG but also her favorite position is CEO. I read most of what goes on her website, and thought this was a nice reminder to get up and do yoga after - or even during - work.)

• The Quickstart Guide to a Decluttered Home (Zen Habits has a lot of really nice, mindful-living articles. July is declutter month all around the internet, it seems. I am hopping on since we're likely moving later this month/next month!)

• The Costa Rican Keeper Trains by Saving Tennis Balls Hit by the World-Ranked No. 33 Tennis Pro (great training idea; I used to do something similar training for juggling and passing by using a tennis ball in early high school and yes, it absolutely helped my ball skill development)
• Lionel Messi is Impossible and Lionel Messi Never Dives (I have no particular affection for Messi but I sure as hell know a great soccer player when I see one; also I haaate diving for this exact reason - giving up advantage - so I'm happy to see at least one player understands that)
