Monday Notes

We are back from our great trip to Colorado (more details on that soon) and had a really lovely weekend. The weather was great! We had our first cookout of the year and introduced some friends to cornhole. We also played in the park and went to the pool for the first time this year. I am looking forward to more weekends like that one throughout the summer. This coming weekend we are heading to Churchill Downs to the races and also seeing my grandparents who are in my hometown househunting. I love summer! There are just so many things to do and the weather is generally nice (read: not freezing). Bloomington has all kinds of things going on during these months, like free concerts and theater shows in parks (such as Shakespeare in the Park, happening this week). I am really looking forward to enjoying it.
