Goals Recap - Week 19

Last weekend was awesome. We went to Ohio for a wedding where we camped, which was so fun (the wedding was cool too), also went to a Reds game where the weather was perfect and we got a bunch of tan lines. This week had beautiful weather. This weekend I'm off to a bridal shower and wedding and having lunch with my mom for Mother's Day. It should be really nice and super girly, which is unusual for me :) I hope you have a great weekend as well!

Goals for Blog
  • Regular Posting Schedule - Well, obviously, I wrote absolutely nothing this week. I didn't touch the computer when I got home. No photos have been taken since last weekend and those haven't been uploaded. I'm planning on writing this weekend since I enjoy it, and am not upset that nothing got done this week.
  • Design - Nothing new here.
  • Exposure - Nothing new here.
Goals for Self
  • Health/Wellness - Not touching the computer is the best thing ever. We still watch TV for sports and movies but otherwise I am cooking, reading, doing things around town, cleaning, playing outside, and sometimes just doing nothing. It is fantastic. I still kind of constantly feel stressed out (staring at a computer is so bad for you -- my neck and shoulders are always stiff and hurting and my eyes are permanently tired and dry) but I think that's going to be hard to overcome. I would like to do more yoga and do more relaxing things, like baths and massages, more often. Call me a hippie but I believe in holistic health and think relaxation and mindfulness are overlooked forms of good health practice.
  • Education - Nothing new this week.
  • Business - My idea didn't pan out like I was hoping it would, so I'm reevaluating and seeing what I can do to make it better.
